Preparation and reclaiming the screen

Screen preparation

Degreasing Gel for removing dirt, dust or grease from the surface of the mesh; The first step before coating on new and used screens.

Gel used to degrease and create a uniform water film on the surface of the screen. Recommended for surface preparation for capillary films

Used for screen resolutions, solvent-resistant and plastisol.

Finishing the screen

Used to chemically strengthen screens (refer to technical data sheet on emulsions) for long-lasting print resistance. The screen can not be recovered.

Screen Recovery

First step after removing the ink and after washing the screen. Ready-to-use paste to remove the emulsion.

Emulsion removal powder, 1 dose dissolves in 7 to 10 liters of water.

Removing ghost shadows

High alkaline and emulsifying paste for removing ghost shadows. Instead of 2085 (no longer manufactured), Varioclean S4306 is used.
